All mechanic, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems are engineered and built in REMACUT by experienced technicians. All the controls and software are developed and improved internally by REMACUT and tailor made based on high standard of safety and reliability international rules.
All the design is done by 3D software , also using advanced FEM analysis and Failure mode Effect analysis. (FMEA). REMACUT's strength is the continuous research the newest available technology to be used in the current production, in order to provide a real high quality products at the cutting edge of the field to all the customers. Furthermore, keeping in close touch with Clients with after sales and service department, REMACUT continue to develop and improve equipment and range of products. REMACUT assist Clients for commissioning, start up, sea trials and on board operation with experienced and qualified survey managers and with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, software and control operators. Furthermore Remacut is also able to assist and help the Client directly in real time from head office by the tele-service system. REMACUT offers a 24/7 assistance and availability.
