Remacut provides different solutions to lift, handle, rotate and set in position the monopile during its installation Offshore.

Monopile Sea fasting skidding & Upending

Storage of Monopiles during transit, skidding monopile to outboard, upending monopiles to side shell onto position.

This system is used to assist the upending of monopiles from horizontal to vertical configuration with the vessel’s crane by passively following the motion of the monopile. 

Motion Compensation Outrigger

Motion compensation system (MCO) for the positioning and installation of monopiles.
The features for MCO allows the direct transfer of the Monopile without free hanging or crane movement for easy and smooth operations.
The MCO informs the DP system about actual loads acting on the Monopile to allow the DP to feed forward the information received.
